Upgrades planned for third class include better toilets, more comfortable seats, better fans and a better cleaning service, the governor said. The "new look" third-class cars will be unveiled to passengers on March 26 next year to mark the 120th anniversary of the Thai railway service, Mr Wutthichart said. It is the second step by SRT to improve train services, after importing 39 modern carriages from China for passengers travelling first and second class.
